FINANCE STAFF

We are a Shipping Company is looking for a qualified & highly motivated person for the following position :

FINANCE STAFF
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)


Responsibilities:

* Prepare and monitor the petty cash usage and reimbursement
* Prepare petty cash report
* Check supplier invoice and prepare the receipt
* Monitor the settlement of outstanding employee advances
* Input the supplier invoice to the invoice Register
* Input the payment voucher to the Bank payment (BPK) System

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Experience 1 - 2 years in finance and administration
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
