A leading resort and themed park in Bali is seeking young, energetic & talented candidates to be a part of our team, for the following exciting positions as:

Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

Promote customer care, help customers to resolve their queries customers in an ethical and informative way, and display a caring attitude, give appropriate and relevant information to the customers, have complete knowledge of services rendered, and complete line of products, taking responsibility to stay update and ask for assistance to acquire latest developments, answer confidently or find appropriate solutions to customers’ problems, initiate conversation to uncover customers’ needs.


Requirements:

* Male / Female max 25 years old
* Min. D3 Graduates with GPA min. 3,3
* Fluent English (both oral and written)
* Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
* Has intimate knowledge of the customers needs
* Has empathy for the customers situation
* Has a pleasant, friendly style
* Fresh Graduate are welcome
* To be placed in Bali
