HR Manager [1 Vacancies]
Requirements :
* Male/Female
* Able to handling employees and workers over 1000 people
* Have experience in handling Palm Oil Plantation related issues
* Familiar with Labor Law and Regulation
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree and in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent (Master’s Degree in these fields or MBA is preferable) from top ten university
* HR Competencies, Manpower Budgeting Planning, Industrial Relations.
* Leadership, Organizational Development, Personnel Administration.
* Should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Palembang and in Plantation Site periodically
